Sowa Rigpa, the ancient science of healing from Tibet, holds a holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being. Rooted in the understanding of wind (rlung) imbalance—often responsible for anxiety, depression, or emotional disturbance—Sowa Rigpa supports healing through diet, behavior, herbal support, and subtle body alignment.

In these sessions, we explore the deeper roots of suffering using the principles of Tibetan Medicine, integrating them with presence-based counseling, subtle energy work, and spiritual guidance.
