Over the years, many people have asked me where I learned the different things I bring into my work. I thought it would be helpful to put my training together on this page.

Much of what I have studied grew from my own search for healing. My complex health challenges led me to study many systems and gather the tools to uncover what was hidden. Healing unfolds in layers, and complex conditions require the right tools to reveal what lies beneath the surface.
