Mentorship Through Life’s Sacred Passages

Wisdom, nourishment, and companionship through change

When familiar ways no longer sustain you and something within asks for deeper change, you may find yourself between a chapter that is ending and a beginning you cannot yet see. I offer mentorship for this tender passage, a place to be heard, find your bearings, and receive care while the way forward unfolds.

There is sacred importance in how you are cared for along the way. Your strength needs tending. Your experiences deserve understanding. You do not have to know the whole path or walk it alone.

The wisdom I bring

I have traveled through profound changes in my own life. My guidance draws on the understanding gained through those passages, decades of healing practice, and a lifelong devotion to spiritual study. I bring an attentive ear, intuitive insight, and the discernment to help you recognize what needs care, what is ready to change, and where a next step may be possible.

Sufi mysticism lies at the heart of my spiritual life. Buddhist and Daoist teachings, along with Rudolf Steiner’s anthroposophy, have deepened my understanding of human experience. My training in Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine, and Ayurveda also informs how I care for the relationship between body, emotional life, and spirit.

Our work welcomes the warmth of friendship and the honesty of a trusted mentor. I offer a steady, caring presence alongside you, helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and capacity to choose.

What brings you here

You may be seeking support with:

  • Grief, loss, or the ending of a familiar chapter.

  • Parenting, caregiving, relationships, or changing family roles.

  • Health challenges, aging, or a changing sense of identity.

  • Questions about work, direction, purpose, and belonging.

  • Spiritual experiences, questions of truth, or a longing for inner liberation.

  • Bringing insights from meditation, ceremony, or other meaningful experiences into everyday life.

You are welcome even if you cannot yet put words to what you need. Sometimes the starting point is simply a feeling that the way you have been living no longer sustains you.
