What kind of healing work do you offer
I offer an integrated path of healing that includes ancient wisdom and modern lab testing. My work blends classical Chinese medicine, shamanic healing, Sowa Rigpa, Ayurveda, functional medicine, and nondual awareness into one living system of care.

What conditions do you treat
I support physical health, emotional well being, and spiritual integration. Common concerns include digestion, hormones, fertility, thyroid and autoimmune issues, stress, anxiety, trauma, sleep problems, chronic pain, fatigue, inflammation, and patterns related to grief, fear, or past experiences.

What is your approach to Chinese medicine
I practice Classical Chinese Medicine influenced by Jeffrey Yuen’s lineage. This includes the Extraordinary Channels, spirit level work, ghost points, and the shamanic roots of the tradition. Treatments address the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual layers together.

What is shamanic acupuncture
Shamanic acupuncture combines Classical Chinese Medicine with energy medicine, guided awareness, breath, and ritual. It supports release of stagnant patterns, emotional imprints, and old energetic residues so clarity and vitality can return.

What happens in a session
We begin with a conversation to understand your symptoms, story, and patterns. I read the body, pulses, and energetics. Treatment may include acupuncture, cupping, herbal guidance, hands on energy balancing, movement practices. Each session is personalized.

Do you offer herbal support
Yes. You may receive Chinese herbal formulas, Ayurvedic botanicals, medicinal teas, and therapeutic nutrition guidance. I use herbs to support everything, from digestion, hormones, immunity, stress resilience, inflammation, to emotional balance and insomnia.

Do you order functional lab tests
Yes. I use Vibrant Wellness, GI testing, hormone panels, thyroid and autoimmune markers, micronutrient testing, mycotoxin testing, and more. Labs provide precision. Ancient medicine provides interpretation. Together they create a clear map for healing.

What happens during a lab review appointment
We go through your results together so you understand what your body needs. After the session, I create a step by step plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle, herbal support, and nutriceutical supplements. I place what you need to get through Fullscript. Lab tests and supplements are purchased separately.

Do you offer mentorship or teaching
Yes. I offer mentorship in different practices, Chinese medicine, energy medicine, and Shamanic healing. I also teach meditation, Qi Gong, Ayurvedic nutritional principles, and tools for integration and daily well being.

Do you work with plant medicine or sacred medicine integration
I offer integration support. This includes grounding practices, emotional regulation, dreamwork and tools to anchor insights into daily life.

I am not sure which appointment to book. What should I choose
If you are new to my practice, choose the New Patient Initial Session. This gives us time to understand your symptoms, patterns, and goals. I assess the physical, emotional, and energetic layers and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

If you want ongoing acupuncture treatment for pain relief for a specific part of your body, choose Follow Up Treatment, if you need cupping, add cupping to that. These sessions continue your healing work with acupuncture, energy balancing, emotional release, and integration.

If your main focus is functional lab testing, choose Lab Test Consultation. In this session we order the appropriate tests and then review the results and I create a step by step healing plan for you.

If you want guidance, mentorship, or support that does not require acupuncture, choose Follow Up Session. This session is for nutrition, lifestyle, meditation, emotional work, plant medicine integration, and spiritual guidance.

My practice is in Topanga Canyon, California.

Do you work virtually
Yes. Lab review sessions, nutritional guidance, lifestyle counseling, meditation, and mentorship are available online. Acupuncture and hands on energy treatments are in person only.
